AドメインにサブとしてBドメインを追加しようとすると『Bドメインには Google Cloud サービスを使用している組織があります。 このドメインを追加するには、まずドメインの所有権の証明が必要となります。』とエラーが出ます。担当が退社して過去のアカウント情報が不明で思い当たるアドレスをアカウント復元ページで行ってみましたが、できず手つかずです。旧組織との紐付け解除したいです。よろしくお願いします。
Because Google only allows a domain to be associated with one Google Cloud/Workspace tenant at a time, Domain B is currently “locked” to that old orphaned organisation. Since standard account recovery didn’t work for you, you can bypass the former employee’s login altogether by proving domain ownership via your DNS settings.
