i try to use the timesheet tracker template i got a problem : in the field name i can see my email and i can’t change to the name of the employees name given in the template
what should i do to fix it ?

Is the email the key column? Maybe you could make the name column the label.

I did your proposal. Nothing changes
I see in the Clock In view : Preview app as and below my email.
If i take off it changes nothing (of course i save)
Is’t strange i change nothing in the template and it doesn’t work …

No i haven’t add myself to the employees table. I have to ?
I check what you point it’s the same
My account is a personal account
If you are not in the employee table, the app doesn’t know what your name is.

The app collects the users email “USEREMAIL()”

I’m in the table and I still cannot select another employee.
I don’t see my email anymore, i see my name.
And yet I haven’t modified the template yet.

Hi , You cant select another employee because it is allowing only the person that is logged in with USEREMAIL()

everything is clearer: I removed initial value = useremail() and I can thus select any employee
I will try to modify this template to make it a simple clock in clock out app to monitor access to a room

I am experiencing the same issue. I have tried all the step above but still am unable to update the name drop down under Clock In. Any additional help would be appreciated.
