Three apps for certain views

Hi,

We are currently building an app for a client. They have three different user types; ‘Management’, ‘Site Manager’ and 'Operatives.

When they arrive on site each day the ‘Operatives’ fill out a form to say they are on site.

‘Operatives’ will see their own completed forms.

‘Management’ will see everyone’s forms from all sites.

Any suggestions on how we can create a view where the ‘Site Manager’ only sees the ‘Opeartives’ forms that are on his site?
