The Service is temporarily unavailable -503 error in Apigee Evaluation account

Hi Team,

I’m facing the below issue while accessing the private cloud server in apigee evaluation account .

{“fault”:{“faultstring”:“The Service is temporarily unavailable”,“detail”:{“errorcode”:“messaging.adaptors.http.flow.ServiceUnavailable”}}}

I checked the following procedures present in the apigee docs

  1. Using UI trace

  2. Using API Monitoring(For Apigee Cloud users only),

I didn’t find any logs and solution for this in docs ,

Is there any alternate option to trigger the target server i.e private cloud servers,remote cloud servers using API proxy in apigee evaluation account ?

Is there any possibility to check message processor logs (<strong>/opt/apigee/var/log/edge-message-processor/logs/system.log</strong>) in apigee evaluation account ?

How to resolve DNS server issue in apigee evaluation account ?

Where we can add TLS/SSL certificates and keystores?

Is there any possibility to create our own certs ,keystores in apigee evaluation account?

Anyone from Apigee team help me on this issue ?

Apigee evaluations accounts are managed by Apigee and hence we do not have access to MP logs or using custom SSL certs.

Old trail accounts are being deleted since Nov 14. So maybe this is the reason for 503.
