There are no outages reported in the last 24 hours and hence there might be an issue at your end.
My recommendation is to get in touch with the support team.
To do so, click on this link, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the link to Contact us and go through the following steps:

Step 2: Resources
Step 3: Contact Options
Once you reach the third step, you will be given the option to “Chat” with a team member or “Email” them.

AppSheet is a cloud service hosted on Google infrastructure, but access can be affected by regional network restrictions outside Google’s control. If you’re in China, connectivity issues are often due to local internet filtering rather than AppSheet servers being down globally. You can check the Google Workspace Status Dashboard for any official outages. If the dashboard shows normal operation, you may need to test access via a different network, VPN, or contact your local ISP to verify routing.
