The scheduled reports have not been sent by email

Since November 18, 2025, none of the scheduled reports that I have set to be sent daily at 9:30 AM (Europe time) have been sent. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a Looker error, or do I need to do something to fix it?

Hello, it was resolved on its own the next day. That day, some of the reports were sent several hours later, and the following day everything worked normally.

If scheduled deliveries stopped suddenly, first check Admin > Schedules in Looker to confirm the jobs are still active and haven’t been paused or disabled. Verify that the destination email addresses are correct and that your instance’s email configuration is healthy under Admin > Email. If you’re using SMTP, ensure credentials or connection settings haven’t changed. Also review the Schedule History for any recent delivery errors, which can indicate quota limits or authentication failures. If everything looks correct but jobs still fail, open a Looker support ticket with the schedule IDs and timestamps so the backend logs can be checked.
