Our guides are looking forward to working with you. Registration is now open, and joining is easy! Please keep the following rules in mind as you sign up:
No referral code? No problem: Referral codes are not hosted publicly this year. If you do not have a referral code, you can still enroll! You will be assigned to a facilitator at a later time.
If you have a referral code: Keep it handy, fill out the form, and enter their code to join their team.
Stay Connected: Your facilitator’s LinkedIn profile will be shared with you during your progress reports so you can easily reach out, connect, and get your questions answered.
Learning something new is always better when we do it together. Whether this is your very first time stepping into the Google Skills Arcade or you’ve been with us from the start, please know that there is a whole community here cheering you on. I am part of the Google Cloud Arcade Facilitator Program and I’m unable to redeem my access code on skills.google.com.
The issue: When I click “I’m not a robot” in the “Your Code” dialog, the reCAPTCHA image challenge appears behind the dialog and is completely unclickable. I cannot solve the captcha to
submit my code.
What I tried:
Chrome and Firefox
Incognito mode
Zooming in/out
Different screen resolutions
Mobile browser
Nothing works. The reCAPTCHA challenge always renders behind the ql-dialog modal.
Is anyone else facing this issue? Is there an alternative way to redeem the access code?
@Johan_Liebart@suman_shah , this appears to be a system glitch due to high traffic. Although some users are facing issues, most can still complete the captcha. Since you have already received your facilitator emails that is a confirmation that you have enrolled in the program , please be patient; you can claim them once the issue is resolved, likely within 2-3 days.
Hi, I’m new to the Google Cloud Arcade program and I’m having a small issue. The “Start” button for the lab isn’t accessible. Could you please let me know why this might be happening and guide me on how to start the lab?
I’m hoping someone in the community can help me with an issue I’m having.
When I started the Google Arcade Challenge, the first lab provided a temporary student account (username and password) to complete the activities. Unfortunately, I didn’t save those credentials, so I no longer have access to that account.
I contacted Google Skills Support a few days ago. They asked for more information, which I provided, and I’ve already followed up, but I’m still waiting for a response.
My question is:
Should I continue the Google Arcade Challenges using my personal Google account, or do I need the temporary student account that was originally provided by the lab?
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows the correct procedure?

You will have the username and password in each lab, you just have to hold the cursor and relocate it to the incognito page opened besides your normal webpage and continue with the given username and password only, you wont be able to continue with your ID in it…enjoy doing paths for vast learning experiences and earning stars!
Hello, I am experiencing an issue accessing the Safe Spaces Arcade in the Google Skills Arcade program. The activity page is unavailable, and I cannot access the required labs. Only Part 2 is available, while Part 1 appears to be offline. Could you please check if this is a known issue or let me know if there is an alternative way to complete this Arcade? Thank you!
