Text to speech missing language "chinese cantonese" (yue-HK)

In vertex AI / studio / generate media / speech, task = text-to-speech

there is a language dropdown list but the language “Chinese cantonese” is missing from this list. This language is also known as “Chinese (Hong Kong)” or yue-HK

I can see lots of voice names supporting this language in this list - scroll down to Chinese (Hong Kong)

There are about 34 voices for this language, by no means obscure. The first voice in this language is yue-HK-Chirp3-HD-Achernar and the last voice is yue-HK-Standard-D

So, is this a bug? How can I reliably generate cantonese speech?

No experienc in this but it looks like the screenshot is being more consistent with the languages found at Languages  |  Vertex AI Search  |  Google Cloud Documentation .
