With the launch of the new Arcade Tumbler LED Lantern, many of us feel that the swag quality has dropped compared to previous seasons. Cohort 1 swags were far more premium, useful, and exciting, while the recent items don’t match the level of effort, learning, and skill development required to reach higher tiers. As developers, we invest significant time improving our knowledge and completing challenges, so the rewards should reflect that dedication with more valuable and practical tech-focused items. Adding premium products like headphones, smart backpacks, wireless keyboards, or smart torches would make the higher tiers feel more meaningful and truly rewarding for the hard work contributors put in.

This season’s new swag policy is resulting in lower-quality items even at the higher tiers, including Legend. Initially I was under impression this new policy will have better swags at lower tiers also. But it is totally opposite.
