Support to Transfer My AppSheet App Data to a New Google Account

Hello AppSheet Team,

I would like to request assistance regarding an issue with my previous Google Workspace account and the AppSheet application associated with it.

My original Google Workspace account (PII Removed by Staff)

(registered through the reseller dalatech.vn in Vietnam) has been deleted because I missed the renewal deadline. As a result, I can no longer sign in to Google Workspace or AppSheet, and I cannot access the application I previously created.

I have already contacted the reseller, but they informed me that the account has been deleted and cannot be restored.

Because I urgently need to recover my AppSheet application and its data, I would like to ask if the AppSheet team can support me by transferring the app and all related data to my new Google account:

New Account: (PII Remove by Staff)

What I need help with:

  • Check if my AppSheet app and its data linked to (PII Removed by Staff)

  • still exist on your system.

  • If recoverable, please help transfer the app ownership and data to my new account.

  • Advise me on any additional verification steps or documentation needed.

This app contains important business information, and any help from the AppSheet team would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your support.

Hey,

Hope you’re keeping well.

Unfortunately, if the original Google Workspace account has been fully deleted (beyond the standard recovery window), AppSheet cannot access or transfer the app or its data because ownership and storage are tied directly to that account’s identity and linked Google Drive/Sheets resources. You can confirm the status by contacting AppSheet Support with any available app ID, but if the underlying Google account and Drive files are gone, the app definition and data are no longer recoverable. For future deployments, it’s best to assign a co‑owner in AppSheet and store data in a shared Google Drive folder owned by a service or team account to avoid single‑point dependency on one Workspace user.

Thanks and regards,
Taz
