Hello AppSheet Support,
Our account was recently upgraded to AppSheet Publisher Pro successfully. The account now correctly displays “AppSheet Publisher Pro,” and all apps now show that the minimal plan needed is Publisher Pro.
However, the apps are still temporarily showing the following error:
“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
We have already removed:

Require Sign-In
-
USEREMAIL()
-
Security Filters
-
other authentication dependencies
The apps are intended to function as public external reporting apps for promoters without login requirements.
Additionally, the 30-day license usage count is still fluctuating even after the authentication settings were removed.
Could you please help verify whether:

The account/license provisioning is still propagating
-
A backend/manual refresh is required
-
Historical authenticated users are still affecting the current license validation
