Hello everyone, I would like to ask for guidance on how to ensure that only the group that submitted a submission can view it. Other groups should not be able to see or access submissions that do not belong to them. I am currently using a custom login system with a username and password. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As in the image attached it’s showing I logged in as Faith in Motion Group but other groups submission is visible on Faith in Motion’s end.
Could you clarify what you mean by this? if this custom login system is designed by you, then AppSheet strongly recommendes “not to use” a home grown app login mechanism. Please take a look at the section “Can I secure an app without making a user sign-in?” in the following help article.

And, to be clear, it is impossible to implement a secure login system within an AppSheet app itself. The only secure login system is to let AppSheet manage it.
