I am trying to align the text in the center of the pop up box

Thanks Steve. After I have added the action it takes me back to edit the form instead can I have the option to go to the new form?

In the configuration of your form view, you can use either Finish view or the Form Saved event action.

When I change the form saved event action to go back, the action I created to day submission successful disappears because an action is not linked. When I chose finish view to auto assign(go back) it takes me back to the above picture

Is Auto re-open enabled? If so, disable it.

Your earlier screenshot suggests you started with a top-level form view:

If you started from the top level, there’s nothing else to go back to. If your form is going to be top-level, you should choose a specific Final view.
