Stuck on CASA assessment requirement — no email received from Trust & Safety team

Hi everyone,

My app’s OAuth verification is blocked on the “Additional requirements” step, specifically:

“You need to complete a CASA security assessment for your app. Follow the instructions in the email you received from the Trust & Safety team to complete the CASA assessment.”

The problem is that I have not received any email from the Trust & Safety team with instructions on how to proceed with the CASA assessment. Home page requirements and branding guidelines are both marked as passed (last reviewed June 24, 2026), but I’m stuck on this one item with no way to move forward.

Has anyone experienced this before? Specifically:

  • How did you get unblocked when the CASA instructions email never arrived?
  • Is there a way to request the Trust & Safety team resend it, or reach support directly?

  • Requested scopes: restricted scope for Google Drive (access to pre-existing files in users’ personal Drive storage)
  • Current status: stuck on “Additional requirements” / CASA assessment, no email received

If the email never arrived, first check the Google Cloud project owners’ and OAuth support contact mailboxes, including spam and quarantine folders. If nothing is there, use the OAuth verification support form or reply to the existing verification case to request that the Trust & Safety team resend the CASA assessment instructions. Since your review is blocked on the CASA requirement, only the verification team can reissue the invitation or confirm whether it was sent to a different contact address.

We checked in contact mailboxes including spam and quarantine, nothing there. Can you please explain where is the OAuth verification support form? Thanks
