In the Google Cloud version of SQL 2019 Express is there a way to use SQL Management Studio to manage the database?
Yes, It’s compatible with Management Studio. You can connect from a local
workstation or another machine that has SSNS installed. You just need to
enable the correct ports at the FW and restrict access by IP or subnet(s)
to your SQL Instance. –
