Spike arrest policy is not working

I have configured Spike arrest policy to 5pm. I can see the spike arrest but i’m still getting the response <207>. As per docs I must get 500 response.

Im reading ‘rate’ from key value map.

Can someone help me with this.

Maybe show the SpikeArrest policy configuration in its entirety?

changed > continueOnError=false, now im getting 500…Thanks!!
