Hi everyone,
I am writing to request assistance regarding a plan mismatch issue. My account is part of the University of Antioquia’s Google Workspace for Education**, which should grant us specific access to AppSheet features.
However, the system is currently identifying my account as “Free” and has issued a critical alert: “Plan upgrade needed: You should be on the AppSheet Starter secure plan.”
I have 1 days to resolve this before the app is potentially disabled. Since this is an institutional academic account, I should not be prompted for a paid individual subscription.
