Send an SMS message from an automation - AppSheet Help notes that when using the _AppSheet_Default_SMS channel only phone numbers in the US and Canada are supported. Does anyone happen to know whether “US and Canada” is literal or maybe what’s really meant is countries in the North American Numbering Plan, which all share country calling code “1” and includes countries beyond US and Canada?

If no one happens to know, maybe someone is available to run a test because they have a phone number with country code 1 but outside the US/Canada (or maybe an acquaintance with such a number they could run a test with)?

Yes, most countries use a country code different from “1”. The AppSheet instructions seem clear that the SMS service doesn’t support those non-1 country codes.
I’m interested in confirming whether the SMS service supports the several countries beyond US/Canada that do use country code 1.
