Smart Reply Model Training Issue

Hello All,

I am currently working on testing the Smart Reply Feature in Agent Assist. I have encountered an issue during the training process and am seeking your assistance to resolve it.

I followed the recommended steps in the doc and used the sample dataset provided by Google to train the custom model. However, after 48 hours of training, the status indicated a failure with just the following error message:

“Internal error encountered.”

I reviewed the Log Explorer and there’s nothing related to this issue.

I would greatly appreciate it if there were any advice or solution to troubleshoot and successfully train the Smart Reply Model.
