You earn 1 Point for Level1 arcade game.
Target Novice Tier (25 points) first , then Trooper (45 Points) if time permits.

I have the issues below.

1. I have 35 credits in November.how do I redeem them ?
2. I have not yet received any email for the prize claim. For how long should I wait for it ?
3. I’m unable to create a new post, but I’m able to reply to the post.i do not see add a post button to the ongoing reply post . Please advise ?
4. When will the next arcade games start for December since November is over?

Prize counter in January 2026 . please read FAQ’s or go through answers in earlier posts to get more clarity.
There has been no communication from either Google or Qwiklabs regarding why the November games ended on 20th November 2025, or when the December games will be uploaded, despite repeated requests.
Simple communication would have saved learners valuable time .
