As you can see, I’m having this visualization trouble with the dashboard of one of my clients, I really don’t know why is this trouble happening and I tried to refresh all the databases, reconnect, make sure the reader access is active and a looong etcetera.
Anyone having the same issue? I saw a post that says I need to create a service account and then give access to the people I want to have access to the SA.

My question is, why I would need to do that, and what is the purpouse of the sharing function if I can’t share a Report in the normal way.
Hello! @fcortesjp , I’m sorry for the tagging, had you been able to use another way around the problem? I don’t a have a team behind (for now) so making all this operations to all my clients seems practically imposible if this is going to happen in the early stages of my busines.
