Share an App With a Google Group: Enterprise Licecne for All Users?

Just looking for some confirmation. The app creator account has an Enterprise Plus licence so can configure the app to be shared via a Google Group, but does every app user need an Enterprise licence also if there are no other Enterprise features in use?

The Google Group will contain users from a different Google Workspace who should have Core licences with their Workspace accounts.

Generally, yes, user licenses need to follow the owner’s license type. But Enterprise, as well as Workspace, provide complications here. Honestly I’d take your question to support or sales for a definitive answer.
