Several users getting "Network error" or "Access Denied" messages. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have at least 10 users this morning with issues connecting to an app they use everyday. The problems began last night. They get “Network error”.

Anyone else expereincing this problem??

We discovered the issue.

Somehow the Provider had been switched from “Any Provider” to “Google”. Non-google emails were getting the “Network error” message.

This message should probably be something more appropriate to the situation. There also should probably be a confirmation message to protect against inadvertent changes to this app setting!!

FYI, this setting affects active users WITHOUT any deployment.

Bottom-line … users ARE getting back in to the app after correcting the setting.
