Set up data freshness but it didn't get updated until the owner manually refresh the data

we have a report using serval different data sources, all of them are from big query and the data freshness is set to every hour. But somehow the data is not updated sometimes, so I (report editor) tried refresh the data manually following the instruction here: https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/7020039#zippy=%2Cin-this-article then it works.

We have checked the data from bigquery and our ETL tools, everything seems fine. Also we have made sure that user have reloaded the report page.

The data credentials is service account credentials, but we are not using the service account as the report owner.

Can you please provide some suggestion on how to avoid this issue?

What are you using?
A Table, Materialized Table or a View?

from views, and sometimes we blend the views in looker

Is the issue with all data sources or blended only?

for now most of the issues come from the blended data

You blend two data sources coming from a BigQuery enviroment? Or BigQuery and connectors for example?
