I don’t understand. To what “service level agreement” are you referring?
I found the Terms and Condtions:
6.2 By Google. Subject to payment of applicable Fees, Google will provide TSS to Customer during the Term in accordance with the TSS Guidelines.
- “TSS” means the then-current technical support service provided by Google to Customer under the TSS Guidelines. For purposes of clarity, TSS excludes the AppSheet Community at https://community.appsheet.com/.
- “TSS Guidelines” means Google’s technical support services guidelines then in effect for the Services. TSS Guidelines are at https://www.appsheet.com/Home/TSSG.
Google processes Requests with a target initial response time of 24 hours. Support is available 24X7.
