Separating Email Conversations: Issues You Encountered in Google Workspace Groups

Hello,

We are using the Google Workspace Groups feature and had activated the “Conversation Mode” mode. However, after a while, we noticed that we encountered some issues when the subject lines of emails sent by our customers were the same. As a result, we decided to disable this feature. Unfortunately, we are unable to separate the emails that were grouped together previously. When replies are sent to a grouped conversation, they continue within that same thread.

If there is a manual way to separate these conversations, we would greatly appreciate any suggestions or assistance.
