send SMS with Appsheet

i am not familiar with formula or programming using python codes , i am trying to make an automation to send sms to visitors once we added their data on appsheet and i write all requires correctly like AccountSid or AuthToken or CountryCodes and i don’t have errors but it didn’t work and i didn’t get any messages so i would ask if i miss any step

Ok, I followed all the steps in the article, but I still can’t send SMS messages with my Twilio account while using AppSheet’s Starter plan. Do I need to upgrade to the Core plan?

According to this, you don’t need to: Pricing | Google AppSheet

There is probably something else that’s preventing from sending an SMS.

Can you share screenshots from your bot settings?

This should be a Yes/No expression:

You probably have a To field somewhere, where you can enter the [Mobile] column.

OK, i did but the issue still persist

is there anything else I missed and I want to let you know I will use it in Egypt so are there any problems with the country?!

1. Can you check the bot monitor?

2. Can you use the Test button to have a more precise check about the step that’s not being handled properly?

3. Please note you also have a monitoring tool on Twilio.
