send same email to multiple recepients at the same time

Hi

I have a list of contacts. I want to do send same email to all / some of them, such as birth day greeting or national holiday or some important event, etc. I need help to do the following:

  1. filter a list of contacts for a specific email based upon some criteria
  2. send email to all the selected list of contacts
  3. attach an image of pdf to each email send

I will really appreciate help on urgent basis
