Send a notification x minutes after normal trigger

Hi community

I am trying to send a notification x minutes after an update/add/delete event. As far as I understand, triggers only include the abovementioned events (add/update/delete) and then scheduled events of course. Has anyone ever tried & succeeded to send a notification a certain period of time after the event?

Would wait for a condition not work for this?

No wait for a condition is not a time triggered

but if you had a timestamp on the row could you not wait for timestamp<NOW+10minutes?
