Semantic search throws 429 "RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED" although I still have plenty in my quota

I have a semantic search app in apps script that I’m experimenting with. I’ve made perhaps 5 queries to it, but now I get 429 “RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED” when I query my corpora.

My gemini api console shows that I still have 99.5% of my quota left. Where can I find a dashboard that shows why I am getting this error? Is there somewhere else that I should be looking to find out what my quota is for semantic search?
