I am looking for official Google documentation that explicitly states that the File ID (and thus the document URL) remains unchanged when a file is moved across organizations (e.g., from My Drive in Org A to a Shared Drive in Org B).
Based on my testing, when I move a Google Sheet from one organization to another using the Drive UI, the URL stays exactly the same.
However, I need to provide an official source or a specific sentence in the documentation to my stakeholders to prove that this is a guaranteed specification, not just a side effect of current tools.
Any pointers to specific documentation or official blog posts would be greatly appreciated.
