Secret Manager Access timeout - UK as of 2024-04-17

As of 2024-04-17 we have been unable to access our secrets via the API (europe/west-2).

Anyone else with similar problems?

Anyone have a resolution?

Turns out an update to ESET Internet Security was causing the issue:
