Search and conversation - Dialogflow CX not answering

Hi,

I’m following the steps from this tutorial: Informed decision making using Dialogflow CX generators and data stores for testing the capabilities of what was previously App Builder. Even though I’ve followed the same process as suggested on the instructions, my chatbot is not capable of answering any of the test questions. It doesnt’ matter what I ask, the answer is the same.

I already confirmed that the data store already finished uploading the data, so I’m not sure what might be missing.

Hi Xavi, thanks for the reply.

I’ve actually checked that video before, but even though they mention and show a demo based on the same data store that I’m using, they already have the eligibility quiz created. The error I’m getting is way before that, where even though I have uploaded the documents into the data store, the chatbot is not able to answer.
