Scheduled emails for slice of data

Hi. I have a slice of my data that shows where rows have now been updated in the last 30 days. It is likely that multiple rows will have the same owner [Submitting POC] and I’d like to send a scheduled email with their own rows.

So, I saw this article (Send Scheduled Emails based on User Email) though since I have ~500 users then I can’t make a table for each user. Is there a way to make this work?
