Title: Scheduled Bot Sending Multiple Email Copies & Auto-CC'ing

Hello community,
Starting this morning (October 24, 2025), I’ve encountered a critical issue with a scheduled bot that runs daily.
Bot Configuration:

Event Type: Scheduled
-
Schedule: Every day
-
Process Step: Run a process → Run a task → Send an email
The Issue:
This morning, the automation triggered but exhibited two incorrect behaviors:

Sending Multiple Emails: Instead of sending a single email as configured, the process sent three identical emails to each recipient.

Automatic CC: In each of these emails, the recipients from the “To” field were also automatically added to the “CC” field. This is happening even though the “CC” field in my “Send an email” task configuration is empty.
Expected Behavior:
The bot should trigger once per day and send only one email to the recipients specified in the “To” field, without adding anyone to the “CC” field.
Additional Context:

This automation was working perfectly until yesterday.

No changes have been made to the bot’s configuration or the underlying “Send an email” task.

This behavior suggests it might be a platform-level issue rather than a configuration error on my end.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with their scheduled email automations today? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
