Schedule Email Filter dropdowns opening behind the popup window

Hello,

I am encountering a UI rendering error in Looker Studio. In the Schedule email delivery menu under the Filters tab, the dropdown lists for report controls are appearing behind the popup modal, making them unselectable.

Details:

  • Issue: Dropdown menus are layered behind the white schedule window (Z-index bug).

  • Troubleshooting Done: Tested in Incognito, refreshed the page, and disabled “Hardware Acceleration” with no success.

  • Account Type: I am using the free version.

Question: Is this a known technical bug, or has the ability to select filters for schedules been moved exclusively to Looker Studio Pro? Documentation suggests it should work for free users (limited to one schedule), so I’m looking for clarification if this is an intended restriction or a platform error.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry about any inconvenience. I am able to reproduce this and have passed it on the the developers.

To answer your question, scheduled delivery is still available to users of the no cost version of Looker Studio, not just Pro, with the limitation of one schedule per report, as you mentioned.
