Scanning bug

I still don’t know why but there’s a problem in the scanner.
I have a table with all the orders of a bussines, i generate a QR for every key value in the table so we can identify the orders, and everything works great until the order is marked as PAID, the same QR, the same table, the same view, but it doesn’t even search any result when scanning the QR.
I thought it could be some mistake at show_if or something like that, but it has nothing to do with.

I think it is a bug, because it doesnt even looks for something, it only does the BEEP sound but doesnt filter anything.

As you can see in the search bar i just scanned a QR but it stays the same, does not filter

Perhaps the help document might explain why you’re experiencing this behavior?

Thaks steve! but no, it still doesnt make sense
It’s a simple QR asociated to the key value
No multi-lines
No strange codes

I’m already chating with support team
