Save update not working

In the last 48 hours I have noticed that if I make a few changes within the app, usually more than 5 items, the system is not allowing save of the updated app. This means that I have to reload the page, lose the changes I have made, and redo the lost work. Any ideas?

I agree with @LeventK. In the meantime…

With this being the end of year, the timing is suspect considering no one seems to be having the same issues. I would advise looking for any DATE conflicts that might prevent updates from occurring.

Have you tried looking in the logs to see if anything might be recorded there?

Does not appear to be a date conflict as you suggest but seems to be a browser issue.

Save function seems to work normally on an iMac/iPad using safari but not working on Windows 10 Enterprise (version 1803) using Edge build Version 86.0.622.48 (Official build) (64-bit).

I have emailed support. Thanks for the advice.

How does this manifest? Can you provide a screenshot of any message the app editor displays?

I found your support ticket and got my answer there. I’ve had this happen to me numerous times in the past. For me, the fix is to do a hard reload of the page (Shift+Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5); I would expect clearing the cache to have the same effect. This is all I have to offer.
