What would be the best way to identify multiple saved files to includes as Other Attachments in an email workflow? For example, in the screen snip below, all of the Foldsmart checklists have generated a saved PDF that works fine. The job number for each is part of the job number column of the parent service ticket or work order the checklists are part of. How can i make sure each checklist that is part of the parent job number is attached to that work order when emailed?
