Why don’t I see a ‘Sign’ button in the SAS Portal?
For the option to sign a CBSD configuration in the SAS Portal to appear, three criteria need to be met:
- You need to have a CPI Role in the SAS Portal.
- You need to have successfully Validated your CPI Identity in the SAS Portal.
- The CBSD configuration needs to either be brand new, or you need to unlock the configuration settings by clicking on the Lock icon.

If all three criteria have been met and you still do not see the Sign button at the bottom of the device pane in the SAS Portal, try using a different Browser, such as Chrome. If you still experience this issue, please open a ticket with GCP support.
