Sample app not function

Dear Community.

I found a sample app what I copied to my profile, and I setup with my account, but this app not optimizing my route.
On the screen I see a text, what is “optimizing…”, but nothing to finish.

I try this app in prototype mode (on my mobile phone and my pc), I not change to deploy.

Somebody know, why not function this sample app?

The very first sentence in the app description reads:

“(Please complete all the steps in the User Guide, otherwise the app will not function as expected).”

I would start there and see if that resolves your issues.
