Same freq & Freq reuse configuration

I configured few CBSDs with Same freq & Freq reuse group and was expecting SAS to grant same channel to all CBSDs. However, all radios have different channels. Not sure if I need to configure anything else. Can you please guide me how to configure a group of radios so that SAS will grant same channel to all the CBSDs.

If your CBSDs are operating on different channels than what the frequency reuse group was expecting, there might be a configuration or communication issue between your CBSDs and the SAS. Here are some steps you could consider taking to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the CBSD Configuration. Verify that the CBSDs are correctly configured to communicate with the SAS. Check the SAS credentials, registration, and geographic information are properly set for each CBSD.

  2. You can check if the CBSDs are connecting with the SAS. Incorrect channel assignments will cause delays in SAS responses.

To configure a group of CBSDs to be assigned with the same channel by SAS, make sure you register them correctly and stick to the SAS coordination steps. You can check these steps :

  1. Make sure that each CBSD is registered with the SAS provider. Each CBSD has the correct SAS credentials and is able to establish communication with the SAS.
  2. Identify the group of CBSDs that you want to operate on the same channel. Then, configure each CBSD in the group to indicate that they are part of the same frequency reuse group. (You can see these details in the registration and configuration parameters from SAS.)
  3. CBSDs will request channels from SAS. If your CBSDs are properly configured as part of the same frequency reuse group, the SAS will attempt to allocate the same channel to them.
  4. Monitor and check the responses from the SAS for each CBSD. If there are discrepancies, contact the SAS provider’s support for assistance.

Thanks for the reply. I have followed the steps however, SAS has still granted different channels. Are there any criteria other than Same freq and Freq reuse configuration to get same channel from SAS. Can all the CBSDs be configured as Basestation or they need to be as CPE? Can you please confirm if the basic configuration is correct for CBSD

thanks for your reply. I have checked and verify the suggested steps. CBSDs are registered with the sas and getting the grants as well. The problem is they are on different channels even though I have used the same tag name in the coex tab for all the CBSDs. Do I need to configure anything in the domain proxy?
