I’m glad to know if app can support rtl languages?
Additionally can i arrange the deck that image will be at right side?

In regard to right-to-left languages, that is something that AppSheet needs to work on:

I entered some Arabic text (long text and short text). Arabic is aligned from RIGHT to LEFT. But the displayed text is shown from LEFT to RIGHT [displayed%20text%20is%20shown%20from%20LEFT%20to%20RIGHT] Is there an option of text alignment ( Horizontal Align ) in APPSHEET [arabic]
Please support @UNITED_SKATEBOARDS’s efforts to get improvements in this area by voting for his feature request.
I think the answer to your question about the deck image is the same. I hope that someday AppSheet will be able to fully support right-to-left languages, but that day has not come yet.
