"rmp" v/s "r" & "mp" profile when installing router and message processor on same machine in Private Cloud

What is the difference between “rmp” and “r” & “mp” profiles? Is there any difference in terms of functionality or are they exactly same and rmp just saves an installation step.

From Installation guide:

Separate components setup:

 ms = Gateway Management Server
 r = Gateway Router
 mp = Gateway Message Processor
 rmp = Gateway Router and Message Processor
 qs = Analytics Qpid Server
 ps = Analytics Postgres Server

Hi Gagan,

No, there is no functional difference. We offer profiles with different granularity to facilitate some components (such as R and MP) to be installed on different VMs if needed. If you are installing R and MP on the same host, it is more convenient to use profile RMP.
