This is one of the bunch of example cases, less/no communication between community and google/Appsheet team, even though people is asking for help through the community.
I would gently suggest to Google/AppSheet community team to add funtionality to flag to the original post " This case is attended" or something more intutive so that the reported case is currently attended by Google or not. This makes the communication between Google/member much better through the community place.
