All the apps owned by me have been restricted after exceeding the number of users. However, I have already removed the extra user a while back and all my other apps are within user limit but all my apps are still restricted. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks

I was able to find your email address. I noticed that the accidental peak that caused this unfortunate situation occurred on March 7th. I will be requesting for a temporary fix so that you can continue with your activities but I invite you to read the explanation on the link below and - of course - maintain control over the number of users for your application.
