[Resolved] Issue with certain Processes automations failing for ~4 hours on 2/15/22

Hi all,

The AppSheet team wants to inform you all of an internal issue today that resulted in certain Processes automations failing for approximately a ~4 hour window (approximately 1pm PT to 5pm PT).

There were fewer than 20 app owner accounts affected. All systems are functioning normally again and there are no ongoing failures. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

I am seeing very long delays and timeouts on multiple bot processes today. Processes that normally take <10 seconds are timing out after 120. Is there something similar occurring?
