Give an example of an Excel format. The size is not too big and just right.
Or.. if you want to adjust the size more accurate, set your table’s column width on the template as you wish. That will adjust the image width accordingly.

I wanted the barcode to be about this size, but I chose Tinny. The picture is blurry and cannot be scanned.
If the picture is clear and the channel is this size, it will be very good.

May be you should try @AleksiAlkio method with image format as LARGE so that it does appear blurry
I need a barcode size of this size. Or bigger than this in order not to make the channel too large because one page has many tables
and the picture shown i choose tinny which fits the table But the picture is unclear and cannot be scanned.
did the image size change when you adjusted the column width
If the image selection is bigger than the column width, the image will be fit. So.. dragging the column is not enough, you need to set that one specific column width with the value.

I think you should keep the size as LARGE or do not give any Format Rule at all and then adjust the column width as suggested by @AleksiAlkio
