Reset the support portal password - Do not receive the reset link

Hi,Recently we forgot the Apigee support portal password and when using the password reset option we do not receive the reset link .

Please suggest how to get the password reset ? any alternative support contact who can help ?

Hari - don’t see a support portal account set up for you. Was it in you name or under a different name?

It was under a different name , api-solutions .

Any update on this please ? Now we have an issue started a while ago where the apigee Dev portal is down . We need to get some support to address this issue on priority .
