I am requesting your assistance regarding my AppSheet application Daily SOH_v5.
The application was recently blocked because it exceeded the Free prototype user limit. The app temporarily had 11 active users during the last 30 days.
I have now reviewed the access settings and have restricted the app to only the users who actually need access. I have also enabled user sign-in and disabled the option to allow all signed-in users.
My intention is to continue using Daily SOH_v5 as a Free prototype application for testing and internal operational purposes. I do not intend to deploy the application commercially or upgrade to a paid plan at this time.
Could you please review the current user access and usage status of my application and let me know whether the app can be re-evaluated and unblocked under the Free prototype plan?
The application is currently important for our daily warehouse stock monitoring, so I would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring access if possible.
